Rounds of $10M+:

• 🇧🇷 Enter raised $102M led by Founders Fund, with Kaszek, Ribbit, Sequoia, OneVC and Atlantico, becoming LatAm’s first AI unicorn at a $1.2B valuation.

• 🇨🇴 Habi secured a $40M credit line from BBVA Spark in Colombia, bringing its total financing from the bank to $100M to scale its AI-powered housing platform.

Rounds $1M to $10M:

• 🇧🇷 Benup raised $3.5M in a seed round led by Pátria Investimentos to scale its HR benefits integration platform for enterprise clients.

🇧🇷 idwall is being acquired by Serasa Experian for $92M to expand its fraud prevention and digital identity solutions.

🇧🇷 Bionexo acquired healthcare software platform Tasy from Philips for €161M to build an integrated healthcare management platform across seven LatAm countries.
