🇲🇽 Ximple secures $30M to expand credit access for the unbanked in Mexico. The financing line was provided by Architect Capital and will enable the fintech to grow its loan portfolio and offer financial solutions to small entrepreneurs in the country. 🇧🇷 Jusfy raises funding at a $30M valuation to expand legal tech solutions. The pre-Series A round was led by MAYA Capital, with SaaSholic, Norte Ventures, FJLabs, and Legal Tech Fund participating. The funds will support new fintech features for lawyers, including billing and credit assessment tools.
🇲🇽 Niva raises $5.5M from Kaszek to expand its AI-powered KYB platform globally. Investors include Gradient Ventures, Picus Capital, Canary, and Gilgamesh Ventures. 🇧🇷 Malga raises $5.5M to expand its payment services marketplace. The Series A was led by iDEXO (TOTVS) and Costanoa, with other investors including Ignia and Y Combinator.
🇨🇱 Bifidice raises $850K and partners with Jumbo (Cencosud) to expand its probiotic food line in Chile. The startup plans further LatAm expansion with support from CORFO and ANID. 🇨🇱 ABC Din invests $750K in Vita Wallet, enabling international transfers via ABC Visa. The fintech plans expansion into Mexico, Ecuador, Argentina, and Peru.
🇧🇷 Quill raises $430K to streamline real estate transactions with AI. The pre-Seed round was led by Sororitê Fund 1 and will help the proptech enhance its platform and reach breakeven by late 2025. 🇧🇷 Sunrize raises $430K to launch its protein shake franchise. Investors include Renato Breia, Nathalia Paulino, and singer Di Ferrero, who also becomes a brand ambassador.
