What’s the biggest compliment you hope for when speaking a foreign language? For me it’s something like, “you sound so fluent” or “you speak like a native”. If you have similar ambitions – and let’s face it, who doesn’t? – I’d like to point you to the article below, Ten tips to sound more natural in English. Try the ideas suggested there by my colleague Rachel from Business Spotlight and your spoken English will quickly sound much more fluent.

When I play back the recordings, I think about what to edit out – typically filler words, repetitions or incomplete sentences. I usually end up leaving a lot of these “errors” in. But designer brands have recently included older models, known as “generational models”, in their runway shows and marketing campaigns – to appeal to older generations.
