📍 HQ: San Francisco Bay Area, US
🏭 Industry: AI Orchestration / Creative Production Infrastructure
☘ Stage: Pre-Seed
🚨 Problem: Creative production workflows are becoming increasingly fragmented and fragile as teams combine multiple AI models, tools, and services. Existing solutions either prioritize ease of use at the cost of control, or offer flexibility through complex, non-production-ready systems. Teams struggle to build reliable, repeatable, and scalable pipelines for real-world production, especially under deadlines.
🔛 Solution: A programmable, agentic orchestration layer that unifies AI models, traditional compute, and external services into structured, evolving production systems. Kaitoi enables teams to design, modify, and scale workflows as software, while allowing the system itself to generate new capabilities dynamically.
📱Product: Node-based + conversational environment
🫰 Business model: Usage-based + SaaS hybrid.
🎯 Ideal Customer Profile: AI-forward creative studios, post-production teams, and companies building or operating multimodal AI workflows that require control, repeatability, and integration with existing production pipelines
📊 Traction: Active usage in real production workflows (film previs and commercial pipelines). Multiple design partners (creative studios) testing and integrating Kaitoi into their pipelines. Platform fully built and in beta, with end-to-end workflow capability (idea → production output)
🏚 Market: ~€2T global creative economy.
👥 Jacobo Barreiro (CEO & Founder): Former Apple engineer with ~30 years in film, VFX, and software. Worked at ILM on major productions including Star Wars, Star Trek, and Transformers. Deep expertise across creative production pipelines and technical systems.
💰 Round: Raising ~$3M (SAFE, rolling close). Early commitments secured, open to strategic investors with experience in AI, creative tooling, or infrastructure.

📍 HQ: Madrid, Paris
🏭 Industry: Fintech / Proptech Infrastructure
☘ Stage: Pre-Seed
🚨 Problem: Institutional residential portfolios run on 1990s-era ops. Every asset requires human coordination. Scaling means hiring linearly. At the same time, 14M Europeans can afford monthly payments but are blocked from homeownership by a €50-100K down payment they’ll never accumulate through renting.
🔛 Solution: Kelo is the agentic operating layer for European residential real estate. AI agents run leasing, rent collection, tenant scoring, contract management, customer comms and portfolio rotation and growth end to end. The rent-to-own program converts that same infrastructure into a homeownership path for tenants. Investors get better yields, predictable exits, and lower operational risk.
📱Product:
🎯 Ideal Customer Profile: Institutional residential investor with 100+ units. REITs, family offices, PE funds, insurers. Any player running residential operations manually.
📊 Traction: 2,000 assets under leasing management, 24 assets starting rent to own program. Tenant onboarding, financial scoring via open banking, financial model and contract management live.
🏚 Market: 18M+ professionally managed residential units in Europe on legacy ops. McKinsey (2026): $430-550B annual value unlocked from AI in real estate. 14M+ Europeans are blocked from owning a house.
👥 Roberto Perez (CEO): Product & Tech. +20 years in tech. Ex-CPO Cabify, Ex-Oracle.
👥 Jose Angel Oses (CEO): Real Estate & Ops. CEO byVenezia REIT. +20 years institutional real estate. Portfolio access from day one.
