Summer is just around the corner, which could mean a variety of things: frequent travel, less time indoors, more time spent with friends, planned dinner parties, or perhaps a busier work schedule. Of course, busier times might require flexibility throughout the week—a week with just 3 or 4 planned meals. While we’ve shared three-meal weeks in the past (Rotisserie Chicken Dinners and Cooking Amid Chaos), we haven’t crafted a three-meal week that also provides options for four to five dinners (for those looking to stay on schedule). So let this week be the first.
